I've been playing for 35+ years.
I've been fortunate enough to play in a couple of female fronted acts that had tremendous vocal ability.
I have good chops, Pro gear, some background vox ability.
I can commit to weekly rehearsals and play 1-2 times a month. Or conversely, I would be content just getting together with like minded musicians to just jam.
Now here is the difficult part.
I would love to find a project that has keyboards and a lead vocalist (male/female) with a higher range.
Interested in covering stuff from: Rush, Styx, Journey, Boston, Kings-X, The Tubes, Queen, Heart, The Cars, Alice In Chains, Cheap Trick, Queensryche, The Fixx, etc.
I'm an absolute Rush geek, so if you know their material (70's era stuff) that's a HUGE plus.
Age is not a big deal. Just looking for players that would love to cover stuff like this.
